Our love story began in 2018, when Noelle was in Orlando for the Disney College Program and Angus was working at Bay Hill through The Ohio State University Turfgrass Internship Program. What started as a casual connection—Noelle looking for someone to join her on her six-month Disney adventure before returning to Nashville for college, and Angus hoping to make new friends during his time in the States—quickly turned into something unexpected. Our first date, a round of Disney mini-golf, was when Angus realized he was in trouble—he later admitted, “I knew within the first five minutes that you might just be the one.” What followed were beach trips, shared playlists, and a rocket launch during our first kiss—all moments that set the foundation for a relationship neither of us anticipated. Despite the distance—first across the country, then across the world—we stayed connected, and our bond only grew stronger. When Angus returned to Noelle in 2020, we knew it was the beginning of something lasting. Our story is proof that sometimes, a simple swipe can lead to a lifetime together.
